Raquel Balderas-Polanco - Immigration Paralegal
A Non-profit Built Upon Equity
The organization was founded by Raquel Balderas in 2020, and she received her accreditation through the Department of Justice in September of 2021. Using over 11 years of experience as a paralegal, she has accommodated common fears and trials of immigration services. With foundational advocacy, she offers personal guidance that extends beyond paperwork.

We are also proud to offer Pro-Bono Services for victims of qualified crimes (U-Visa), victims of intimate partner/familial violence (VAWA), and individuals looking to Naturalize
