AR-11 | Change of Address
Most individuals can update their address on all pending applications, petitions, and requests that they list on this Alien’s Change of Address Card and officially change their address.

I-90 | ​Renew/Replace Green Card
Eligible U.S. citizens can use this application to replace or renew their Permanent Resident Card, or Green Card, which allows them to work and live permanently in the U.S.

I-102 | Replace I-94 Card
Nonimmigrants can use this form to apply for a new or replacement Form I-94 or I-95, Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document.

I-129F | Fiancé Petition
U.S. citizens can use this form to petition to bring their fiancé and children to the U.S. to marry their fiancé. Additionally, citizens can bring their spouses and children to the country to apply for legal residency.

I-129 R-1 | ​Religious Worker Visa
The Religious Worker Visa allows eligible nonimmigrants to temporarily live in the U.S. while employed solely as a minister in a religious vocation.

I- 130 | Alien Relative Petition
The Petition for Alien Relative is the first step for U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents that want to establish their relationship with an eligible relative to bring them to the U.S. as a lawful permanent resident.

I-131 | Travel Document
Lawful permanent residents and conditional permanent residents can use this form to apply for a re-entry permit, refugee travel document, or advance parole document. This document helps otherwise ineligible residents stay in the U.S. on parole, and eligible residents travel outside of the country.

I-134 | Affidavit of Support for Visit
Sponsors can use this form to show that a visa applicant won’t become public charges while staying in the U.S.

DS-160 | Nonimmigrant Visa Application
The Nonimmigration Visa Application is for temporary visitors to the U.S. or for individuals who are intending to marry a U.S. Citizen. Along with results from the interview, Form DS-160 is used by the consular office to determine if an individual is eligible for a nonimmigrant visa.

I-192 | 
Application for Advance Permission to Enter as a Nonimmigrant
Allows inadmissible nonimmigrant aliens to apply for advance permission to temporarily enter the United States.

DS-260 | Immigrant Visa Application
Immigrants can file the Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration to obtain an EB-5 visa abroad to seek admission into the U.S.

I-360 | ​Petition for Widow Battered Spouse or Child; Special Immigrant Juvenile
Eligible widows/widowers of U.S. citizens can use this form to petition for lawful permanent residency. Additionally, certain battered spouses and children can file an immigrant visa petition without their abusers’ knowledge.

N-400 | Naturalization Application
The Application for Naturalization allows people to apply for U.S. citizenship during or after birth if they meet specific requirements.

I-485 | Adjustment of Status
Qualifying U.S. citizens can use this form to petition to bring eligible relatives of preference to the U.S. as lawful permanent residents. Refugees admitted into the U.S. can also use this form to petition for legal permanent residency one year after living in the U.S. Likewise, lawful asylees can petition for legal permanent residence after a year of asylum.

I-485A | Adjustment of Status Supplement A
Immigrants can use this form to adjust their status with additional information under section 245(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

I-539 | Extend/Change Status
Eligible nonimmigrants can use this form to apply to change their nonimmigrant status or extend their stay. In addition, nonimmigrants can apply to extend their stay with their employed family member.

N-565 | ​Replace Naturalization Certificate
Eligible applicants could use the Application for Replacement Naturalization/Citizenship Document if they lost their Declaration of Intention, Naturalization Certificate, Certificate of Citizenship, or Repatriation Certificate. They can also apply to be recognized as a U.S. citizen by a foreign country.

N-600 | ​Certificate of Citizenship
Qualified citizens can use this form to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship. U.S. citizens can use their certificate to prove their citizenship, as well as parents with citizenship looking to prove the citizenship of their children born outside of the country.

I-601 A | 
Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver
Certain immigrant visa applicants who are relatives of U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents may use this application to request a provisional waiver of the unlawful presence grounds of inadmissibility under Immigration and Nationality Act section 212 (a)(9)(B), before departing the United States to appear at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate for an immigrant visa interview.

I-730 | Refugee/Asylee ​Relative Petition
Principal refugees admitted into the U.S. and principal asylees with status in the U.S. for two years can use this form to request follow-to-join benefits for their spouses and children under 21 years old.

I-751 | ​Removal of Conditions
Conditional residents who obtained status through marriage can use this form to apply to remove the conditions on their permanent resident status.

I-765 | Employment Authorization
Eligible aliens can use this form to request employment authorization and an Employment Authorization Document. 

I-821 | Temporary Protected Status
Eligible nationals of designated countries can use this form to apply for Temporary Protection Status when conditions in those countries prevent a safe or adequate return home.

I-821D | Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
Eligible individuals may use this form to request that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) exercise prosecutorial discretion in his or her favor under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) process, including consideration for Renewal of deferred action.

I-824 | Application for Action on Approved Application or Petition
Applicants can use this form to apply for additional action on a previously approved application or petition.

I-864 | Affidavit of Support
Eligible family-based and employment-based immigrants can use this form to indicate that they are unlikely to rely on the U.S. government for financial support. Furthermore, I could help petition relatives to become lawful permanent residents.

I-864 A | Affidavit of Support (Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member)
Household members can use this form to make their income/assets available to support sponsored immigrants.

I-918 | Petition for U Nonimmigrant Status ​
Aliens that are victims of qualifying criminal activity can use this form to petition for temporary immigration benefits for themselves and their eligible family members. They must provide evidence of physical or mental abuse and that the crime broke U.S. law or occurred within the country.

Infopass
​Eligible applicants with asylum, NACARA, or credible/reasonable fear protection-related cases processed at the Arlington Asylum Office and out-of-country applicants can use Infopass to schedule an appointment with the USCIS.
